    Returns (Refunds)
    • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
    • Timeframe: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • Process:
    1. Submit a return request through our customer support team.
    2. Ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.
    3. Once received, our team will inspect the item:
    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • If rejected (e.g., item used, damaged, or not defective), the product will be shipped back to you.


    Exchanges
    • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for items in unused condition and original packaging.
    • Timeframe: You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
    • Process:
    1. Submit an exchange request.
    2. Return the product to us for inspection.
    3. Once approved, we will ship your replacement item (subject to availability).


    Important Notes
    • Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • If a product defect recurs after repair or exchange, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
    • If repair takes longer than expected, we may provide a temporary replacement
